At Central Park at East Bay, we welcome a variety of pets, understanding that each one is unique and special. However, we do have some pet restrictions in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our residents. The following breeds are not allowed within our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard. This restriction also extends to all "mixes" of the mentioned breeds.

We want to emphasize that this policy is not applicable to emotional support animals. We understand the vital role these animals play in the lives of our residents and are committed to providing a welcoming environment for those who require emotional support.
